The Audubon Aquarium of the Americas is also at the base of Canal, with a glass front. It was beautiful.
There are a lot of parking garages around the parking lot there, I wonder if anyone is huddled there?
I know exactly where you are describing. Don't know about people in the parking garages. Nothing would surprise me at this point.
