---WBRZ is reporting that 125 people in the 9th Ward have had to climb up onto the roofs of their homes due to rising water. The 9th ward is surrounded on three sides by water. This is probably close to the levee breach at Tennessee St. at the Industrial Canal.---
That happened in the same general area during Betsy....
BTW, Ninth Ward is NOT near the French Quarter, in case people are confusing the two areas...
