The super dome roof has a thick foam liner that acts as insulation and sealer over the concrete. The foam has come off in places but there is no breach in the concrete. Everyone is still safe in the super dome.

disagree .. the reporter on the floor said a 3 ft by 5 ft chink missing and he could see daylight. Yes, the majority of the roof is intact, but it is incorrect to say there is no breach.
