True. All they're saying is NO may not get hit with the worst of the storm. Still a bad possibility of a major storm surge. I firmly believe that prayers were answered regarding the eye not hitting NO directly. Now prayers have to be directed against the possibility of a storm surge causing epoch flooding. Hear our cry O Lord!
