Decided to get some sleep while I could. Real high winds. Real dark so it's hard to see but I imagine a lot of trees are swaying. My dad saw a transformer blow up in the distance. Right then my neighbor who has WST electric lost their lights.
The RT powering the DSL uses WST so I imagine by sunrise my internet will be down.
The weather looks realy ugly and I imagine it'll be several times worse in about 12 hours.
Ellesu and I were just discussing--at least it will be dawn soon. Much better to battle a storm during daylight hours.
Are your windows boarded up? How did your Dad see a transformer blow?
