Someone posted an image, or a link back a bit. The satellite image showed it was quite asymetric already. I think it's being broken up now and will simply slow down from now on. It needs that symetry to power up, or warmer water, but...
Some were positing earlier that the storm would lose some steam as it approached landfall due to the shallower water close to shore.
Let's pray it loses a *lot* of steam.
It's not breaking up; there is no wind sheer to break it up.
