We are not worried about the levees breaking. The water could go OVER them. That is the real concern.

here is one take on American Pie..the levee in San Diego doesn't fit as the song was written before the leveewas built but since that time it has been compared by many...

Perhaps you should be concerned. In the Floods of '93, Mississippi levies broke in a couple of places between St. Louis and Davenport IA.
