Good evening Rus! I just caught up with reading & posts/responding on weekend thread. My approximate comment re: computers... cars, computers, men.. so nice but often so frustrating.. (har, know you would add an "wo" at the appropriate place.) With three computers in this house that work how & when they chose, I am now using a friends.. grrrr. I like to think I am astute with security: virus, spyware & necessary updates. But alas, it seems that is not enough. Would be nice to be able to get new computer every 6 weeks or so when the computer you are NOW using decides to head south, despite being fastidious.

Thanks for the thread dear FReeper FRiend.. hope your weekend was restful & fulfilling!

Computers will drive ya crazy and 2 crashes in the middle of a campaign is extremely frustrating.

We were just doing well rebuilding our data, then boom. She blew..

Gotta get to work.. see ya later on.

Hurricane Sky

Cloud bellies, looking muscular,
Big knots of corded strength,
Like rippled abs up in the sky,
I studied them at length.

A hurricane sky came strolling,
Along my stretch of beach,
A muscled bit of cumulus,
Just slightly out of reach.

I stared into the cauldron,
The writhing mass at play.
It roiled and folded constantly.
Things could go wrong this day.

The surf was pounding out the steps,
As clouds walked over land.
Somehow I knew that they were not,
Here to just pound sand.

The portents of a message,
Were all quite abundantly clear,
When Mother Nature speaks her piece,
It’s wise to lend an ear.
