Why? Its ridiculous is there a big prob with people in need of shelter smokin drinkin and shootin and ea other?
There's a general problem with homeless and goth grifters in New Orleans smoking, drugging, shooting, stabbing, assaulting, etc, etc, etc.
Sticking them all together even in a huge stadium is a recipe for recklessness.
