Unfortunately any city with a large population can expect to be hit. NYC #1, Miami #2, Las Vegas #3, and Chicago #4, my guess. They'll try to hit NYC again for sure due to it being the financial hub.

Los Angeles and San Diego would be prime targets. Easy from the sea, close to the US Mexico Border would also play a role.

Philly is a desirable target too. The birth place of our country where the Constitution and Declaration of Independence were signed. Philly too is a sea port and home to several military bases and navy repair and refitting facilities.

Take out Philly and they would also affect Wilmington DE and Camden NJ. Possibly three major cities with one strike. Much larger effect on more people and the US economy, history, and military. More chance than I think Las Vegas has to be hit.

If they hit LV they are not near any major city other than some military bases. Other than that it is desert.
