I found the following comment on the "Eastern US Weather Forum":

...Our refinery will be going into 100% gasoline mode as of 12 am tonight, at this point 85% of Gulf refinerys are either shutdown or in the process of. Folks I urge you to store as much gasoline as you SAFELY can, the next few weeks are going to be nuts...

The poster is in Bridgeton, New Jersey and says he's an Operations Supervisor at a refinery there.

There are no refineries in or near Bridgeton. Actually New Jersey only has a handful of refineries.

Refineries: Distillation capacity of 615,000 Barrels Per Calendar Day (BCD) (2005)

Amerada Hess Corp. (Port Reading @ -0- BCD*) *Downstream capacity only
Chevron USA Inc. (Perth Amboy @ 80,000 BCD)
Citgo Asphalt Refining Co. (Paulsboro @ -0- BCD*) * 51,000 BCD Idle on 1/1/05
Sunoco Inc. (Westville @ 145,000 BCD)
ConocoPhillips (Linden @ 230,000 BCD)
Valero Refining Co. New Jersey (Paulsboro @ 160,000 BCD)

Someone living in Bridgeton could work at the refineries in Westville or Paulsboro.
