Is the "reserve" there to use in cases like this? I know it wouldn't affect the prices...but I also worry if this is TOO bad, we would also have shortages...

Yeah, the Petro Reserve would be a good start. Maybe we can get more by promising to keep Pat Robertson out of Venezuela.

Is the "reserve" there to use in cases like this? A big chuck of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve is in salt domes in Louisiana.
