I bet the food is MRE's....yummy..

Anyone who doesn't like MRE's never had to eat C-rations! ;-)

Ham and Lima Beans...... I still remember the layer of grease when opening the can. Couldn't eat it. I always lost weight on field problems.

One 'hillbilly', would buy them by the case at the commissary.

Heh. I remember that. Remember 'Eunice King Kitchens' and that evil cake that took an entire canteen of water to wash it down?

MREs are a delicacy. The only thing that C's had going for them is the ability to use the B-2 cans as stoves, if you had some C4 or some Trioxane.
