"Keep out of our affairs." while a war rages just on the rim of our Southern border . .

Washington is keeping a wary eye on the bloodshed, repeatedly warning U.S. citizens against traveling to the region and telling Mexico to restore order. Mexico has told U.S. officials to keep out of its affairs.

If the US is to clean it up and have any lasting effect, Mexico should be annexed...then no more border problems. After all, the Mexican government wants their people to become US residents. ;)
