We see the same thing in Florida, people don't know what to do, so they get drunk and start acting like a__holes. Fortunately not many die, but . . .
They are running out of time to get out.

They are telling people to be on the third floor or higher. They seem to have a lot of faith in the foundations of those buildings with the forecast storm surge.
