I wouldn't mind if the CHP would refocus their resources on extraditing illegal immigrants.
i've been thinking about this for awhile.
since they say that State/Local LEO's can't enforce Federal laws on illegal aliens... then don't enforce ANY FEDERAL LAWS!!! except for the co-statutes of murder/rape/robbery/arson. then see how they like it.
