These three scum were all Level 3 (High-Risk to Re-Offend). Now 2 of them are at kind of a low risk to re-offend. The shooter has improved society. I hope they assign this investigation to the Aruban police.

Thanks for publishing the links to the backgrounds and identities of these perverts.

My question is:
Why are these guys out of prison within 4 years or less of guilty plea on crimes such as these? This is absolutely abhorrent. If society doesn't remove those who harm innocent children, a death penalty should be provided. I guess it was in this instance.
