Not only can they, they may. It doesn't matter whether I think they should or not, my point, which you ignore, is that the First Amendment has nothing to do with it.

Might I inquire as to how old you are? I mean nothing bad about your age, but am amazed at those who say things about the Constitution who have so little understanding of it.
