Station some National Guard in the Superdome. I read they looted it the last time they used it as a shelter.
I looked up those stories last year.....hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage....they thought the Superdome was going to feed them for a week too!
The looters will be out - they ran the canals in south florida last year. Stay locked and loaded, New Orleans.
