In other news, sun rises in the East.Meanwhile... blonde Scandinavian women are having their underwire bras inspected. The TSA is a joke; as is our excuse for border "security."
If I were W, I'd take the 14 billion we give to Africa to fight AIDS and shift those taxpayer dollars to protect our own shores. Maybe I am just stooopid and have different priorities.

It appears that Howard is taking a similar approach that Britain's Tony Blaire is taking. Any thoughts from fellow FReepers?

And still the borders are wide open. If there's an attack and it can be shown that they walked across, the reaction will be volcanic.Wanna bet. The Libs will not allow it. The ACLU will scream bloody murder (pun intended).

Only if we don't target and take them out first.

Hopefully that is exactly what will happen. If not by our government, the people.

Canberra - Australian Prime Minister John Howard angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spies monitoring the nation's mosques. Better yet: why not destroy the mosques and send the muslims home?
And how did the muslims get into Australia? Had it not allowed them into their western culture, it would not have this problem now. Same goes for rest of western societies.

The US should respond militarily every time we are threatened.I agree 1,000%. A mosque a day may keep a terrorist away. But this will never happen. We don't have the guts anymore to get tough with the bad guys. After all, W's mantra is, "Islam is the religion of peace."
It will be indeed interesting how the American people respond the next time we are attacked.

I think a lot of the people I know will have no problem with this. I already have a list (hardcopy) of my local mosques to visit when that day comes. Accidents do happen you know. . .
