I hope for them...But, if it's like past California state initiatives, it will pass hands down by the voters, then get struck down by a liberal 9th circuit federal judge!

The 9th Circus has almost caused a revolutionary revolt in California over their past record of denying voter's rights to legal California citizens.

I'm not sure this would go over quite as smoothly as their past decisions under the current state of affairs in that state (and in the entire country where illegal immigration is concerned).
