"God views everything outside of the restriction of time, and thusly would know someone before they were born (in relation to time)."

I am sorry I cannot find this concept Written. Time is continually established as part of the Plan of the Heavenly Father.

How is it possible that the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, had this knowledge if all creation was created "GOOD" as stated?

Ezekiel 28: 12-... tells of Satan from his beginning, he was created perfect and most beautiful, not as the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. We are given a history of what he did, call it the history of "good and evil", and he is the only named entity that has received a death sentence, and his destruction is described yet it has not happened. This creation of Satan, or as described here king of Tyrus, is not described in Genesis yet he was in the Garden of Eden.

Ezekiel is not describing an event that occurred in the days of creation or since the days of creation of man in the flesh.

There is another place where it says the dragon drew a third of God's children that follow the dragon, that event did not occur in Genesis days of creation or since the days of creation.

Although as Paul says ICorinthians 10:11 Now ALL these things happened unto them for ensamples (examples): and they are written for our admonition, (warning) upon whom the ends of the world (ages) are come.

Now when Paul wrote this ONLY the Old Testament was Written, thus it was the examples that tell the warning of what would replay to end this flesh age. That word world is actually ages. That means its talking about TIME. Apparently we have the script of what would take place again and it is Written in what is commonly called the Old Testament. The New is the gospel of the GOOD NEWS, Christ, verifying what all Scripture pointed to since Genesis, had come to this earth, born of woman, and the perfect last blood sacrifice ever to be required. Time is appointed and continuously attached to every aspect of the Plan of the Heavenly Father it is not an abstract idea.

Time may be in the plan for us; but, that doesn't mean time is a property God is subject to. You have to understand that as per Einstein, space, time and energy are all tied together. You can't have any of the three without the others. If God created everything, then time is included therein. If he created time, then he pre-existed time. That means he lives in/occupies eternity in a very real sense. You are trying to impose upon God your understanding of the world you see and understand. Think outside the box.
