Thanks! I didn't know about that provision of federal law. Wow, the feds did something right for a change (oh, right- that was under Ronaldus Maximus.)

It was a law meant to hurt the Pro-Life movement (law passed for abortion clinic access). But Reagan and the Conservatives got Ted Kennedy and other liberals to agree to the provision about religion.
I would love to see this provision used to hurt the liberals and the anti-war movement...
