Having lived through a couple when I was in NC, there's always a period of "dead air" before and after a hurricane. Afterwards is the worst. It's hot and humid with no breeze, and more than likely you're in it trying to clean up.
Is this highway a toll highway? I hope they're NOT charging people tolls :(
