Here is a NO website with a varied list of links to webcams. The hwy webcams have not been updated since late this afternoon.

The only major road in and out is I-10. There are lesser 2 lane highways bleeding off going south and alongside I-10.
Getting into and out of the city is a regular headache for many people.
