Yeah, the airlines likely cancelled so they wouldn't lose money on the inbound empty planes. So if we paid them, they could have run flights all day today. No need for C5's and you would almost just do away with security screening probably.
I agree, that is a good idea, FEMA could charter the airlines to start running flights out of there.
