Looking at the graphics in 1702 and 1703, it reminded me of the way Isabel looked; and remember that right before she came ashore, she "pancaked" and covered a MUCH wider area.
That eye looks mighty close to "stadium effect" to me; this is going to be devastating.
I think the last observation pointed out "perfect stadium effect". I lost track of what post I saw that on though.
I have visions of people being swept away like in the Great Tsunami, if they get caught up in this.
