If people are stuck on the roads when winds are anywhere near 175mph, their cars will be thrown around along with all of the other debris.Once darkness falls tonight, if roads are still gridlocked with tropical force winds, it will be mass panic. OMG.

I just don't see how they are going to evacuate a city this size before dark. Tropical force winds will be there before then. OMG is right.
