People are showing up outside, National Guard not letting them in. One lady walked 4 miles from her apartment because she didn't feel safe there and didn't have a car to get out.
Homeless people also spreading the word about the shelter.

Telling people stuck in the hurricane to go to the third floor at least.

Let's see NO is 6 ft below sea level. Storm surge of 20-25 ft., with 10 foot waves and 175 miles an hour winds. That mades it 41 ft of water.

The third floor is not going to cut it.
