Last night was surreal...listening to the mayor blather about talking to his lawyers about whether he had the legal authority to order a mandatory evac.This guy must be dumber than the rocks in my yard. Does he think that all the mayors on the coast have been acting illegally all these years when they have ordered evacuations?
