I can understand that. I had a relative who started developing paranoia, and much later it came out she was using pot on a regular basis. Your relative needs to find a dealer he can trust. Unless your relative's pot was laced with something (or he's smoking way more than most people do), there's no way in hell that pot will induce paranoia.
