Where does one find a pig in the Mideast?While Israel is considered to be a Jewish homeland, there are many Christians who live there as well, and many Jews are non-observant. In particular, many immigrants from the Soviet Union, and later Russia, are not at all observant, and grew up eating pork, and continue to do so in Israel.
