Reminds me of a pali chick that came over to harass us at a counter demonstration in SF when the war was just starting.
She buttonholes me and starts in with:
"And do you know what they called Israel in the Bible???" Trolling either for me to say 'Palestine' or to insist it was called Palestine, no mater what answer I gave. (Not true, 'Palestine' is mentioned only once in the Bible, just as a place name in the book of Joel, I looked it up later).
One might say that the Spirit of the Lord moved me at that point.
I heard my own voice say to her:
"They called Israel the land that GOD Himself gave his Chosen People the Jews.
She visibly blanched, turned on her heel and left...
