A lot of times comission members will recuse themselves if they have some specific connection to the facility or the location being discussed. I think the female former General recused herself on some of the San Antonio-area votes yesterday becuase that is near where she lives now.

Thanks. Most reassuring. It seems the commission is made up of an esteemed group and I wondered at the recusals.

While it's impressive watching on CSPIN, I wonder if airing our military capabilities on the various bases is giving too much info to our enemies.
