Keanu Reeves was reported last night to be embroiled in a romance with Diane Keaton, the actress who is nearly 20 years his senior.

Reeves, 40, was said to have dumped actress girlfriend Lynn Collins, 28, to date the 59-yearold Oscar winner.

Reeves met Miss Keaton when they appeared together in the 2003 comedy Something's Gotta Give. He began dating Miss Collins three months ago after they met on the set of the forthcoming drama Il Mare.

A friend told the U.S. magazine Star that Reeves was 'hit hard' by turning 40 last year.

Breaking up with Miss Collins 'kind of said goodbye to a way of living he's outgrown'.

Yep I did. Just because someone is smart, talented and witty...doesn't mean they look good naked on a giant screen!

Nicholson doesn't fluster. Honestly, he acted a little intimidated, and that was funny in and of itself. It was very obvious that he respects her. A great moment: a dowdy-all-her-life woman takes on the aging sexually charged cad and wins. Something she had to wait a lifetime to achieve and in the process reinforced the notion that getting older does have advantages.

I love the fact that she is who she and isn't so insecure that she runs around hoping a surgeon can turn her into a Barbie doll. What she doesn't have in the physical department...she's made up for in other areas. And she is quite blunt about that. It's refreshing coming from Hollywood.

I wouldn't necessarily put Bates on my list of favorite actors, mostly because I enjoy a little, well, idealized refinement in people on the big screen. But I would put her in the top ten of actors I respect.

Me too, I watch it everytime it's on the tube. Keaton has said it's her parents favorite, because she wears normal clothes. It's a simple, sweet movie. And doesn't everyone who gets fired and moves to the country find a Sam Shepard and get filthy rich? ;)

There are marriages like this that do last. One that comes to mind is Juliet Mills and Maxwell Caulfield. I believe she is 20 years his Sr. And they've been married for 25 years!!!! I checked IMDB and she was born in 1941, he in 1959. They married in 1980. So he was only about 20 when they married. Just a few days ago I read an article about her (Think she's in a soap opera now), and she says they never spend a day apart. It was very touching.
