I think Rush used to use that tune for his Ross Perot updates in 1992.
It wouldn't surprise me. He managed to dig up "The Neanderthal" last week, and I am sure his collection far exceeds mine. I was a trifle young and far too behind the curve to be listening to El Rushbo in those days...
