There was one in the town next to us. The police stopped her from jumping off a bridge. She was institutionalized. Maybe she got herself possessed messing with that left wing stuff. *shiver*

Oh dear. The women I knew would always be "thinking postive thoughts", and looking at crystals and stuff like that. They always seemed generally blissfully happy, knowing that if this life doesn't work out - no problem - "my next life will be oh so much better."

Oh yeah, and in their "past lives", they were never lowly serfs, always princess-types who had led rich and interesting lives... *barf*

I think you see why I don't associate with them anymore... ;-)

[she'll become a recurring character on Mad TV.]

Again, the reason why I moved to Europe last year is that the American public could be expected to be 50% behind this woman (and apparently is). This includes 63% of single women whom I would otherwise have to date.

Half the west European and Russian populations may be trying to stay "neutral" in the Iraq War over here...but this doesn't translate into treason and loonie tunes.

Over here, I don't hear people saying the WTC needed to be attacked on 9-11 like I heard quite often in the USA before I finally decided to leave (or else end up in jail for hurting some pompous metrosexual - which almost happened twice in July 2004 when the liberals really started getting uppity).

And, finally, at least here in Russia the conservatives knew exactly what was needed to stop the madness before the Chechen War petered itself out: the "owners" of the media who didn't deserve to own mass media were replaced in their ownership by people who deserved it.

FReepers seem to think it is a God-given right for two insane members of a certain family to control the New York Times.

I am not saying that Russia's "lack of democracy" is a great thing...but there was nothing wrong in reshuffling the ownership of the media when it became obvious that Russia would otherwise go through 50 years of the non-productive nonsense that America has just went through and is STILL putting up with.

Stop complaining about the MSM and change it. I want to see the New York Times bought out at 150% of the stock price with shareholders suing the family if they try to stop the sale.

I want Summer Redstone to explain why, if he is conservative, he employs all those liberals at CBS News. He can fire them all legally if he wants to. Why won't he? And if he is secretly a liberal, why does he get away with traumatizing our country and letting psychos "channel their dead soldier sons on TV".

I have a theory that the anti-war media is actually working with the Bush Administration in strategically signalling to terrorists that another attack on America will be non-productive because we will "defeat" ourselves. So, just like Vietnam, we are going to let ourselves get "defeated" in order for the enemy to "save face" and stand down, giving us what we always wanted anyway: peace and oil and democracy in the Middle East.

The problem with this strategy is that the 55% of Americans that eventually sign on to "isn't it good we were defeated. That George Bush was such an idiot" will include 63% of single women, apparently the most gullible segment of the college-educated population.

They would never know that this was all part of a plan.

And neither would most of us. We will spend a generation fuming over how the liberals won. Our children will attend schools where textbooks will call the Iraq War a collossal mistake...while not mentioning that no big attacks ever came to the USA and democracy did in fact take hold in the Middle East.

We won't do anything about it. Just like we never did anything about the collossal lie that 58,000 men apparently died in Indochina for nothing. Sure, nothing except the destruction of the Comintern and the conversion of China into our bitch. But who cares about the details?

Americans apparently like "living the liberal lie" in order to let our former enemies keep saving face and in order for us "to all get along" back "home". Republicans will let the liberals win because it would disrupt our economy if, for instance, corporations advertised in job ads "We prefer to hire veterans" which would cause the liberals to boycott that corporation. I, for one, don't think it will be worth it to win this war by letting liberals "win" even if that has 66% of Arabs preening and tearfully joyful about our new liberal president in 2008.

I see Hillary being "groomed" by the President right now to "take the Presidency away from the Republicans" in order to show the Arabs that "they won"...letting them stand down and save face while calling Bush an idiot. It seems that KOS will be the FReepers ally in trying to stop this face saving, two-faced strategy from happening.

Maybe she was trying to speed it up? I have no idea what they do at their gatherings. Chant? Cast spells? Smoke cat nip?

Yup, I'm with you on the despicable coffin "street theatre" also, Howlin. What do you think of this article? FReeper writer33 suspects it is satire. I honestly don't know what to think. Does anyone know if these are actual quotes by Cindy Sheehan?

Did you hear Margot Kidder showed up at Camp Crazy the other day? She's looking to draw on her own bizarre experiences to play Cindy when Moore begins production on "Dude...Where's my Mother?"

When we can't tell satire with reality re: this woman, you know she's fallen off the twig.

Smoke cat nip... LOL! ;-D

I think channel dead relatives or "spirit guides" (if I'm remembering the terminology correctly) from past lives... to tell them about their glorious past lives as princesses and queens, of course. ;-)

There's plenty of them up in Salem, Mass., if you'd like to make the trip sometime...

Cut back on the sour kraut.
We're staying in Iraq until they get set up with their Constitution, enforce it, then we're out of there. There is no "caving" to terrorist to save face here. It ain't gonna happen, and it has nothing to do with oil. Stop reading so many left wing fish wraps. They're not good for you either.

Some of the quotes are probably real, but the first line about channeling her dead son is definitely a give away line.

I use real quotes in my satires and either rewrite or add to them. Chances are that some of the quotes are real and some are not. That makes it a good satire.

Thanks for your comments. I know pretty much WND's leanings, but don't remember seeing satire - or at least an article as bizarre as this one - on their site before. Perhaps my memory is faulty?
