I know for a fact that the Navy is working on streamlining and making a smarter more efficient fleet. One of our boys is an officer working with civilians on this project. The thing that has be worried is how military savvy these people are. At the end of the first week, the guy in charge wanted to know where our guy's time card was. Ha Ha Ha
