We still have troops in Cuba from the end of the Spanish-American War.

I was just going to go there. When DID we pull out of Germany (who didn't attack us)? Japan (who did attack us)? Kosovo? Bosnia? And what do those four conflicts have in common?

Answer A: We're still in every one of those places...sent or kept there (more likely, sent there) by Democrat presidents. Not a PEEP from the LameScream media. But two years in Iraq, four years in Afghanistan, by a Republican president? QUAGMIRE! MISERABLE FAILURE! GET US OUT NOW!

And while I'm kinda on the subject, there were problems with the Space Shuttle. The Left said, "we need to change the shuttle program. We need to modify it, make it more useful"...but DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH OUR SOCIAL SECURITY! DON'T ENRICH THE BIG CORPORATIONS AND THEIR FUNDS!" What a (rhymes with "muster" and "AFLAC"). Do these people think we believe that they put their money under their mattress? Or in passbook savings?

Rant over. Out.
