What about arresting these people for allowing this to happened? Isn't there some "Good Samaritan" law in Seattle (a la Seinfeld) that will allow prosecution for the "event watchers"? Probably not. And any good samaritan laws on the books would not require passersby to get involved in a dangerous situation such as this one.

I tell you, there were SO many people watching, all it took was for most of them to get involved, restrain the scumbags and call the police immediately. But they didn't, it was an attack which reminded me of the LA riots, when they attacked that poor truck driver at an intersection and everyone stood by, watching.
