Very astute observation. Wonder if they are worried about lawsuits from the families for using the names without permission, disparaging the named solders reputation by association, etc? Also, wonder if any of the upset families had/have their sons or daughters names, characters, reputations, etc., protected under one of the many intellectual property/publicity laws?
