A new rotor was being brought in Wednesday afternoon to be used as a spare part for a U.S. Border Patrol helicopter brought down by a rock thrown by an illegal immigrant Tuesday, said the patrol's Yuma sector spokesman.

So Joe did I see you in Waco? No I don't think so. I pose my question to you since Horse won't answer, are people allowed to exercise thier rights if it is violation of someone else's. Religious groups and child rape. What is your answer?

Koresh the Kook is quilty of 90 counts of murder plus the officers he killed. May he and his burn in hell.

"Weaver was not entrapped. He was given the opportunity to break the law and he chose poorly."

He cut a shotgun barrel 1/8th of an inch too short.

The feds then deliberately misinformed him of his court date so that he'd get popped for another felony, and then sent an assassination squad to kill him and his family, all because he had committed the unpardonable sin of cutting a shotgun barrel 1/8th of an inch too short.

I used to work in a gun store. The feds didn't like it when we started posting pictures of known criminal informants and their federal agent handlers by the cash register, and they got real snarky about it.

Well, if it's a war, then we need to fight a war. But militarizing a law enforcement agency--and still calling it law enforcement--is a really bad idea.

Agreed... "law enforcement" is far too militarized as it is. The military should be used to protect our southern border from the current invasion. Perhaps the border patrol is sufficient for the Canadian border, but the mexican situation has been completely out of control for years & only a massive military presence will restore order.

Because you are entering a new realm of cowardice and insults from behind the computer instead of answering a simple yes or no question. You are truly a tough guy in your own myopic world. I will relinquish this thread to you and relish in the fact that majority of Americans feel as I do, so your revolution is a ways off yet.

You continue on you ways of arguing facts that are in error or that you cannot back up and avoid the direct questions, just like John Kerry did. You aren't him trolling are you?

I will close by saying that you are again avoiding the answer just as many DU trolls and liberal talking heads do. Just a simple yes or no would do to qualify your stance as someone who believes in the same rights for all not just you.

This has turned into an argument/discussion which is deteriorating fast. Troll back over to the DU or Libertarian site where you belong and I will seek an intelligent, informed conversation elsewhere.

OK, I will answer your stupid question: No, they don't have that right.

Now, do they have the right to possess and watch videotapes that are critical of the conduct of the BATF? Or are those videotapes "illegal contraband" that is subject to seizure (yes, it was called out as such in the search warrant that F-Troop forgot to bring with them).

Okay now. You now need to do in depth research and find out where that fine line is in protecting rights of others and enforcing laws. When you do, you will be very rich and have helped your fellow countrymen immensely.

They have a right to possess those tapes, but those tapes can be seized in a legal search and be used as evidence to show intent, just like porn tapes and tapes meth freaks amke showing their cooking methods.

BTW you do not have to have the warrant with you when you execute entry. It must be presented to the owner when inventorying seized property and/or exiting the premises.

Good day.

I just cannot go without addressing the ludicrous statement:

"I heard that some of the fedthugs at Waco ejaculated in their jumpsuits when the fire got going. Were you one of them?"

I was, as were all there, very upset with the fire. We wanted to get innocent victims and the children out. we wanted Koresh to have to go to court for all to hear his defense. However Koresh took the cowards way out as do most kooks that see their illicit world closing around them. Muslims come to mind. He knew if anyone lived they would debunk him as just another crackpot with delusions of granduer that opened fire on and murdered police officers. So he chose to murder those he proclaimed to love just as many abusive spouses who choose to violate others rights do when confronted with justice. He was a coward and made sure the tales of his activities were left to the speculation of the media and innuendo.

I fell better, bye.

"I was, as were all there, very upset with the fire."

So upset that the feds made sure the fire department was kept away from the structure until putting it out was pointless. Hey, it made sure that the evidence was gone.

I don't believe this was done by a thrown rock.

Believe it. And on more occasions than what you're seeing in this thread.

If you really want to see some good stuff, I'll go find pictures of blood-spattered Broncos taken after the illegals attacked our BP agents with rocks.

"Poor illegals. They don't even have enough money to buy an RPG."

Perhaps Hugo Chavez or Fidel Castro will buy them some RPGs.

Oops, I sound like Pat Roberston. Can't have that, can we? And if terrorists ever hit us hard with help from communists like Hugo or Fidel, many Americans will wonder if it might have been better to accomplish regime change in Venezuala or Cuba a long time ago.

There is NEVER an excuse for such an armed raid just to serve a search or arrest warrant. And merely filing a suit does NOT even begin to deter these ninja idiots from their HIGHLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL and unconscionable terrorist tactics. If they were to learn that trying to do a citizen that way was a good way to get DEAD, I suspect even the THICKEST cop would think twice before going on such a raid. And THAT is the way it should be.

I compare idiotic sentiments like yours with a real-life situation where cops as a swat team could have actually SAVED LIVES, but they were so afraid they might get hurt they didn't enter the building where they KNEW murders were being committed until well after the last shots were fired as the killers killed themselves. You know what? Your freaky comments and the cops' actions in the situation I mentioned amount to the same dumbass bravado that means nothing whatsoever and reflects very poorly on real PEACE OFFICERS who want no more than to actually protect the public they actually serve... and not be mere Gestapo Agents of the New American Order...

A.) There was NEVER ANY CREDIBLE EVIDENCE that Koresh was molesting children.

B.) Even if there was, just how does that fit into a BATFag mission?

C.) There was also never any credible evidence of ANY SORT of drug activity inside the church property. Yet this was the crux of the argument used to get Texas ANG support with the armed helicopters. The ones with the 7.62mm M-60 machine guns which put all those holes in the roof of one or more of the church buildings. (All the evidence I saw and heard about showed the church members to have been armed with nothing more powerful than .223 Ruger Mini-14s.)

D.) In any case, where do DRUGS fit into the BATFag's mission statement? Keep in mind that it's ALCOHOL, TOBACCO and FIREARMS. Not child-molesting and not drugs.

Can you explain ANY PART of this?

No, there's no sort of church which may have using children for sex as part of its rites. However, this did not apply to David Koresh or any of his followers, however benighted they may have otherwise been. This lame lie has been used ever since to try to defend the indefensible and it STILL won't fly. However, since you say you were there in an "Official capacity," I would expect no more veracity from you than I would have from the head BATFag.

There has always been a serious and legitimate question as to WHO cut off the quarter inch of wood that turned Weaver's shotgun into one which owed a tax to the FedGoons. Personally, given BATFag's track record, I would bet it was them or their "informant" who did the final saw work.
