Besides, as to the instructions of Paul; if you succeed in overthrowing a government through war or rebellion- then the government you set up to take its place now "rules by the will of God".

If I am not mistaken, Pat Robertson has vacated his ordination as a Southern Baptist minister, is not considered a minister by that denomination, and does not count himself as one.

As you point out, the United States is not a Christian government. The admonition in Romans 13 against rebelling against civil authority apply to private individuals and does not address the relations of one nation with another.
