Shoving an able-bodied soldier on the street is a far cry from intentionally targeting wounded and disabled servicemen and servicewomen recovering in hospitals, as they may not be in a position to fully defend themselves from such physical attacks.
My apologies, folks, if this really isn't as breaking as I initially thought.
