This is a grass roots thing. Invite all of your contacts. Meet up with other troop supporters in your community. Post notices around your town. Contact your local Radio stations and ask for a public service announcement. Contact your local paper and ask for them to do a human interest story. Perhaps your newspaper might even provide a photographer to take the group photo. Just get your town to turn out.
