can we hurt them now??? can we hurt them now???Not yet. DC laws are a lot different, but in Texas, one can use force, even deadly force to protect others (or yourself) from serious injury or death. One can use less than lethal force to protect property of others or yours. Under many circumstances, one can use deadly force to protect property as well.
If any of them lays a hand on one of our Troops, or veterans, or anyone else, then we can hurt them. Although in most cases the troop or veteran will take care of the problem themselvs. That's as it should be.
