I looked at the signs in the photos and they read: "Real Support = Better Benefits" and "Funding for Wounded Not for War" and "Save Walter Reed." Those slogans don't sound like taunts to me.They have changed their tactics several times over the past twelve weeks that FReepers have been countering them. To see some of their more reprehensible signs, click the links below:

They really just end up urinating on themselves, Public Relations'-wise, you know, wearing those sick outfits.
How can they earn anything more than laughter and disdain from "normal people" just passing them by on the street. Really, what a bunch of saps if they think this is winning people over. I almost want the to continue in those idiotic outfits (but the line is crossed when the insult a disabled veteran).

I have video of several of the counterprotests we've done.
If the MSM is interested, they can have the footage. 'Pod.

They can do and say anything that they want towards a politician.
Messing with an injured soldier, is a totally different matter.
Do it before me, and I am more than willing to be arrested for getting physical.

I accidentaly listened very briefly to Air America the other day...and one of the head honchos of Code Pink..not Medea...was being interviewed about Cindy Sheehan...
She was just whining, and moaning about how they have been treated so terribly down in Crawford...she even was talking about some crazy guy that drove around and ran over the crosses, (of course we heard about that)...but then she said that they are getting cursed at and hand gestured...
but the killer, was when she said that a neighbor of Bush's was SHOOTING AT THEM....LOL
She actually told the host that they were being shot AT!!!

You are correct and for those of us that can't be there where do we donate to help with the Freep? I'll direct you to the D.C. Chapter mafia (term of endearment!). I'm just a tagalong at some of these despicable, yet necessary, Friday events.

I have a feeling that soldiers, our brave hearts, are under strict orders not to respond to demonstrators' heckling. Take pictures, get names, follow the people. There are more ways than one to express displeasure.

Way over the top.
As one who has been at 17 of our 18 FReeps of the Pinkos doing this obscene blood dance and has been writing up many of the reports on these FReeps, that is wrong to make statements like that. It just makes FR look bad.

Isn't all the outrage here just dandy? Think we'll see any of it on Friday?LOL! "Many enjoy the shade, but few will rake the leaves!"
For the benefit of other readers of this thread, Coop is referring to those who say they are outraged and those who will actually show up down at our FReep on Friday at 6:30 at the Elder Street entrance of Walter Reed on Georgia Avenue, NW Washington. There's a McDonald's two blocks north that makes a good rest stop before we begin.

Rush and Hannity need to tell about the many men and women who have been wounded and in many cases lost limbs, BUT still have asked to return to the battlefield to finish the Mission they started!
These "Protesters" don't understand the commitment our US Military have to protecting ALL AMERICANS' RIGHTS!
I wouldn't be surprised if George Soros is funding the insurgency in Iraq. He's a mean spirited man that doesn't like to lose. Pat Robertson had the wrong target in his cross-hairs.

I have a feeling that soldiers, our brave hearts, are under strict orders not to respond to demonstrators' heckling. Any soldier that responded, would be prosecuted under the UCMJ. That is why we, as American citizens, must do what they are not allowed to do.
