Again, the enemy and his facilitators, i.e. the enemy within, has 'made it personal', with all this "MOM" stuff, so more Americans could "relate to the war". I.e. they 'put a face on it'.

"I SUPPORT MY MARINE (or ARMY, AIRFORCE, RESERVE GUARD) SON (or BROTHER, SISTER, FATHER, GRANDSON, COUSIN) IN IRAQ AND HIS COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF"
