I'll be the lone dissenter here and say tha, when I first read the statement, I didn't assume "take him out" meant assasination. And knowing the MSM's proclivity and sheer joy over slandering Christians, it's no surprise things were taken to the extent we've seen.
As an aside: I'm sure some of us have taken a man out on the football field. Did you kill him? Did you plan to?

Well I'll take back my comments. The previous story I read didnt' include the assasination comment.
Thoughts retracted.

"I'm sure some of us have taken a man out on the football field. Did you kill him? Did you plan to?"Yeah, I'm sure that's it:
Robertson meant we ought to put pads and a helmet on Chavez, take him out on some grass somewhere and tackle the dickens out of him...
Riiiiiiight...

Well..... I watched live (taped) as Pat made these statements... nearly fell off the couch laughing....hollered to the others that Pat R. was calling for the assassination of Chavez....there is no miss understanding here.....the question should be is this a good idea or not?....and did Pat make it impossible to kill Chavez now due to his calling for a hit (I hope not)...
