I'd bet even money that Janet "Bar-B-Que" Reno would have arranged for her family suddenly arrested on false Illegal Weapons Possession charges and the IRS would suddenly slap a lien on all the relatives for Owing Back Taxes.

Wouldn't faze Cindy. She's had tax liens in the past. Two of them.
The last one she seems to have paid off using her son's death benefits.
